Concept
- Convert an existing industrial office space into a craft brewery and taproom, taking on their namesake theme of ancient Nordic sailing ships.
Challenges
- With a boiler over 15 PSI and 10 HP, the brewing system had to be located in a 1-hour rated room. Fortunately, there was an existing 1-hour rated room in the space. The challenge was designing a configuration that could use this room while maintaining an efficient layout for the rest of the building while optimizing the customer experience.
- Re-use as much of the existing restrooms, offices, and other spaces as much as possible to keep construction costs at a minimum.

- 10 BBL, steam heated, Micro Brew System by Stout Tanks with separate 30 BBL HLT & 425 gallon CLT
- (3) 10 BBL Fermenters and (2) 10 BBL Brite tanks, with space to add 5 more vessels
