- Originally an industrial space, the building was not designed to handle the demands of a taproom. The desire for an open space plan with no sprinklers limited the taproom capacity to 49 occupants.
- The owner wanted to separate the brewery hot side (brewhouse) and cold side (cellar) with a large, round bar in the middle. Hauck designed a truly unique setup that allows the patron to feel immersed in the brewery experience with an effective layout that is critical to keeping the brewery working efficiently.
