Concept
- As part of a larger office campus, this project is a unique amenity that uses a limited percentage of the existing office building. Hauck worked closely with the developer to create a dynamic shell building that we creatively filled with the brewery, large kitchen, and exciting customer areas.
- A collaboration with designer Davis Ink.
Challenges
- In order to meet the building code requirements, the brewery needed limited indoor space while maximizing customer occupancy and maintaining adequate space for brewery operations.

- 15 BBL, direct fire, Micro Brew System by Marks Design & Metalworks with separate 30 BBL HLT & CLT
- (2) 30 BBL and (4) 15 BBL Unitanks, and (2) 30 BBL & (8) 15 BBL serving tanks
