Project Details
Concept
- Convert a 1966 two-story building with basement masonry into a craft brewery and taproom.
Challenges
- Accommodate tall fermenters and liquor tanks with limited space divided between the ground floor, basement, and low ceiling height.
- A portion of the main level floor was removed to allow the cellar tanks to rise into the taproom from the basement below.
- Horizontal hot and cold liquor tanks were utilized to make the most of lower ceilings in the basement
