- Maximize brewery production in a small space while making the tap room an integral part of the brewery experience with custom-sized 30 BBL fermenters to fit under the existing 15 ft high ceiling.

- 15 BBL steam boiler heated micro brewhouse by Premier Stainless with 30 BBL ot liquor tank, (13) 30 BBL fermenters & (2) 30 BBL brite tanks
