Challenges
- Renovation of the former home of Alesmith Brewing Co. as the first home of the nomadic gypsy Mikkeller Brewing as their US headquarters, international distribution center, and destination production brewery and taproom.
- Complete rebranding of the existing taproom to represent the world renowned Danish beer brand.
- Grow cellar to 4,200 BBL fermentation capacity, expansion of world-class, barrel program and addition of high-speed canning line.
