- Upgrade of all building utilities, new fire sprinkler system, and cargo lift.

- 15 BBL direct fire micro brew house by Premier Stainless with 40 BBL hot liquor tank, 30 BBL cold liquor tank, (6) 30 BBL, (3) 15 BBL FVs and (2) 30 BBL, (7) 15 BBL serving tanks
