Just as no two people are the same, no two projects are the same. After listening carefully to the needs and wishes of our clients, we analyze all the local building codes and that may affect the project. Our goal is to take everything into consideration including functionality, aesthetics, budget, future goals, etc. The most important issues to Hauck Architecture are the issues most important to the client. If it is an ocean view you are after, or more space, or resale value, we will take it all into consideration, while always keeping in mind budget, scope and governmental regulations.
